We took a smaller boat and took an excursion to the Lesser Gorges. There is an entire city under all this water. The people that lived here were all relocated. It is sad to think what is under this water. The Three Gorges hydroelectric dam was built and this all had to be flooded. This is the largest hydroelectric dam in the world. This is the Hubei Province.
On the cliff are two coffins. It was a lovely day to take this excursion. We saw wild monkeys and goats along the cliffs.
